Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Project Scheduling and Completion

Project timelines are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and surface readiness. ChromeLine Coatings will communicate any delays or rescheduling needs promptly.
Once materials are ordered or work begins, deposits become non-refundable due to product commitment and scheduling costs.

Payments

Payment terms will be clearly stated in your project contract or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

  • Payments can be made by cash, check, or approved electronic methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in late fees, collection actions, or legal proceedings as permitted by law.

Warranty and Maintenance

ChromeLine Coatings stands by the quality of its craftsmanship. Warranty terms vary depending on product type, environment, and usage.
Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or external factors (e.g., flooding, chemicals, tire burn, or structural cracking).

  • Existing concrete issues not visible at the time of installation.
    Maintenance instructions will be provided to ensure longevity and optimal performance of your floor.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver perfection, ChromeLine Coatings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project or service in question.
